PSM (Power Systems Mfg., LLC.) is seeking a variety of interests for Summer 2026 intern positions in our Jupiter, Florida location.

 

We are seeking a highly motivated addition to our Strategy team.  The role will focus on Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, & Digital Solutions.  The position will help transform manual marketing reports and business operations data into fully automated, AWS‑native analytics dashboards and Agentic AI virtual assistants using Amazon QuickSuite. The intern will build four end‑to‑end data pipelines (GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, HubSpot), deliver production‑ready dashboards, establish automated ingestion workflows, and develop AI assistants while documenting processes for Marketing’s long‑term ownership. 

The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Create automated, monthly‑refresh QuickSuite dashboards covering acquisition, advertising, search performance, CRM funnel metrics, and data quality. 
  • Design and build AWS‑native data pipelines (Lambda → S3 → Glue/Athena → QuickSuite) for four marketing data sources. 
  • Implement Python‑based API integrations with OAuth2 and Secrets Manager for secure credential handling. 
  • Perform data validation, quality checks, and set up monitoring and alerting using CloudWatch and SNS. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to define KPIs, metrics, and dashboard layouts. 
  • Document pipelines, credential processes, and dashboard maintenance for departmental handoff. 

 

Minimum Requirements:

Education

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data Analytics, AI/ML, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

 

Skills/Experience

  • Hands‑on experience with Python for API ingestion, data processing, and automation.
  • Familiarity with AWS Lambda, S3, EventBridge, and Athena; experience with Glue and AWS QuickSuite or Microsoft PowerBi preferred.
  • Strong analytical and SQL skills, including experience preparing data for dashboards or BI tools.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2 authentication, and cloud‑based data pipelines.
  • Ability to translate business questions into measurable KPIs and clear visualizations.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, or HubSpot APIs is a plus.
  • Interest in operational analytics, industrial data, or digital product environments.

 

PSM’s 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from May-August.
