Office Clerk – State of Florida -Locals to Florida

Pay Rate: $19.38 per hour

We are currently hiring an Office Clerk to support application and document processing within the Division of Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes for the State of Florida. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong administrative and data entry skills and experience working in regulated or government environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

Review applications and supporting documents to identify deficiencies

Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements

Education, Knowledge & Experience Requirements

 

Required Qualifications:

Ability to speak, read, and understand English

Completed Bachelor’s degree

1+ year of regulatory experience

3+ years of excellent data entry experience

1+ year of document review and deficiency identification experience

1+ year of workflow management experience

 

Highly Desired:

Experience working with the State of Florida

Prior experience with State of Florida document and application processing
