Marketing Coordinator
Position Summary
In conjunction with leadership, the Marketing Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for marketing assignments. The role is responsible for maintaining and strengthening the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues and assesses, designs, implements and evaluates overall marketing strategies for internal client projects, including creation of media and other marketing collateral. Additionally, this position contributes interior design and visual presentation skills to support showroom layouts, trade show booth design, and branding guidelines that reflect the organization’s capabilities and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications Support
- Assist in the creation, editing, and formatting of marketing materials, presentations, and product sheets.
- Maintain and update company website content, social media, and internal marketing resources.
- Support development of capability statements and promotional collateral.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and frameworks responsibly to streamline workflows, enhance images, deliver results and other insights that improve both internal and external customer experience.
Proposal & Business Development Support
- Help prepare proposal packages, RFIs, RFQs, and RFP responses.
- Track bid opportunities and maintain proposal calendars and documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional input from engineering, compliance, and leadership teams.
Trade Shows, Facilities & Visual Presentation
- Assist in planning and coordinating industry events, trade shows, and customer visits.
- Support design and setup of trade show booths, product displays, and customer briefing spaces.
- Apply interior design principles to enhance company showrooms, lobbies, and marketing environments.
- Ensure visual branding consistency across physical spaces, stationery, documents and events.
Social Media Management & Online Marketing Campaigns
- Manage company social media accounts and posting calendars and coordinate messaging across multiple digital marketing channels.
- Create and schedule compliant content aligned with brand and security guidelines.
- Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries appropriately, and escalate sensitive requests.
- Track social media analytics and provide performance reports.
- Ensure all content adheres to export control, confidentiality, and defense industry communication standards.
Campaign Mediums May Include:
- Corporate website and landing pages
- Social media platforms
- Email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Digital advertising (display ads, sponsored posts)
- Online industry directories and defense marketplaces
- Webinar and virtual event promotion platforms
- Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries appropriately, and escalate sensitive requests.
- Track analytics, campaign performance metrics, and generate reports.
- Ensure all online communications adhere to export control, confidentiality, and defense industry communication standards.
Basic Webmaster Duties
- Update website content, including news, product pages, and announcements.
- Monitor website functionality and coordinate with IT or vendors to resolve issues.
- Maintain website graphics, images, and downloadable resources.
- Assist with basic SEO tasks such as keyword updates and metadata entry.
- Track website analytics and prepare traffic performance reports.
- Ensure website content complies with security, branding, and regulatory guidelines.
Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct research on defense industry trends, competitors, and potential customers.
- Utilize CRM systems and generate marketing performance reports.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain organized records of approved messaging and documentation.
- Abide by all ITAR regulations and internal Operational Security (OPSEC) protocols and Ensure marketing activities align with export control, security, and confidentiality requirements.

This position requires use of information and data which is subject to US Export Regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 C.F.R. 120 et seq., and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), 15 C.F.R. 730 et seq. Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder.
- Must pass initial and subsequent background checks.
- Must pass preemployment and subsequent drug and alcohol screenings.
- Must comply with internal non-disclosure agreement requirements.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of marketing, administrative, visual merchandising, or design support experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar).
- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Experience supporting trade show booth or workspace design.
- Maintain Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearm, and Explosives “Employee possessor” eligibility

Work Environment
- Office environment within a defense manufacturing facility.
- May require occasional travel to trade shows or customer sites.
- Must be able to comply with security and safety requirements.

This position works Monday - Thursday, 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
This position will remain open through noon (MST) on March 18, 2026. Role will be closed sooner if successfully filled.
