Graphic Design Specialist
GCSAA is looking for a creative minded and results driven individual who is responsible for the design and production of GCSAA collateral, including but not limited to: print and digital ads for various mediums, marketing campaigns, animations, and videos for a variety of digital mediums. This position is intended to produce creative materials that inspire, inform and educate both current and potential GCSAA members. This position works closely alongside members of the Marketing team to ensure the proper imagery, context and messaging adhere to GCSAA Brand Standards. The position requires creativity, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time management and deadlines.
Qualified Candidates Possess:
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in graphic design and web design required; agency and/or advertising experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail, coupled with strong creative thinking and editing skills required
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, budget-conscious environment
- Advanced creativity, innovative thinking skills with interest in emerging trends
- Ability to build strong interdepartmental relationships that supports a collaborative team environment
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure independently and accept constructive criticism
- Proficient knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.); experience with PowerPoint & Keynote a plus
- Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) a must; as well as being comfortable working on Mac platforms
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent experience required
- General knowledge of membership associations, the game of golf or the golf course management profession desired, but not required

Hourly pay rate $26.00 - $27.00 per hour. In addition to GCSAA’s attractive compensation/benefits package, we also provide generous paid leave, a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office) and allow for community involvement opportunities.
