2026 Summer Real Estate Fellowship
The goal of the Summer Fellowship (SF) is to give students interested in Real Estate the opportunity to match personalities and skills to a career path by exposure to the many different roles and responsibilities associated with the industry.
The initial class will consist of between 2-5 students and runs roughly between May and August. The Fellows will rotate through the different business units, exposing them to the roles and responsibilities that are associated with each career path. Theses business units included:
- Accounting
- Admin
- Brokerage
- Marketing
- Property Management
Additionally, excursion will be scheduled where we will have unique opportunities to visit marquee properties and be exposed to other careers that impact real estate such as attorney's, bankers, engineering firms, etc..
After making it through the rotation the fellow will designate their preferred focus where they will spend their remaining fellowship diving deeper into the career and completed a special project.
The Summer Fellowship program may also lead to a part-time Apprenticeship through the school year where greater responsibilities are undertaken.
