Join People Driven Technology’s 2025 Summer Internship Cohort as the Customer Success Engineer (CSE) Intern. This in-office opportunity provides hands-on experience supporting technical analysis, reporting, and client-facing initiatives while working closely with our Customer Success team. Interns gain practical exposure to IT solution optimization, data-driven decision making, and the intersection of technology and customer experience at our Byron Center, MI headquarters.
What You Would Do
- Assist the Customer Success Engineeringathering and analyzing technical data related to client IT environments.
- Help prepare customer-facing reports that summarize system performance, trends, and optimization opportunities.
- Support the creation and maintenance of client-specific Success Plans and related documentation.
- Aid in tracking key performance metrics and helping align them with client businessobjectives.
- Participate in internal and client meetings toobserveand support periodic business reviews.
- Assistwith monitoring scheduled and unplanned support requests to help ensure service levels aremet.
- Helpmaintainaccurateand up-to-date client solution documentation.
- Supporttrackingsystem software upgrades, patching schedules, and other technical lifecycle activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including Professional Services, Engineering, and Support—to help drive positive client outcomes.
- Assistwithidentifyingpotential technical issues or opportunities for improvement and help present findings to the CSE and CSM.
- Support the coordination of information between Sales, Architects, and Customer Success teams toidentifyadditionalopportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop an understanding of how technology solutions support client business goals.
- Provide administrative and project support for customer success initiatives and process improvements.
- Other duties or projects as assigned
What We Are Looking For
- Currently pursuing abachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology, customer success, and client-facing roles.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts, networking, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to or willingness to learn PSA platforms such as ConnectWise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, business-friendly language.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Customer-focused mindset and professional demeanor.
- Availability to work in-office at PDT’s headquarters in Byron Center, MI throughout the summer.
