ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working approximately 20 – 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday when the team is out of town / 30 – 40 hours per week Tuesday through Sunday during homestands. Potential to work more than 40 hours per week during busy homestands.
- Coordinating outreach for single game sales-driven promotions in mid- and late-season games, including Bark in the Park, character meet & greets, and giveaway nights
- Analyzing ticket scan data and making follow up phone calls to fans to gather information about their ballpark experience while gauging interest on a return trip to a future game
- Making recommendations to single-game buyers about mini-plans, flex plans, and playoff tickets
- Promoting team products such as Reading Program, Baseball Camps and Kids Club, and handling registration of these programs
- Receiving and processing inbound calls, emails, inquiries, and walk-in appointments
- Performing in-game visits with fans in their seats; determining the reason(s) for their visit and identifying the products that might fit their lifestyle
- Printing and mailing tickets to customers
- Working as part of a sales team under the leadership of the Assistant General Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to clearly and professionally communicate verbally and in writing with co-workers & fans
- Interest and passion for delivering stellar customer service
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask to meet deadlines in hectic environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
- Professional personal appearance; attention to detail; cheerful, can-do attitude at all times; trustworthiness and reliability are essential qualities
