💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

Make 50 calls a day to job seekers or businesses with open roles

Go on industry tours and sales visits to local companies

Attend networking events and meet other professionals in the city

Interview and onboard candidates for roles in 14+ different industries

Match job seekers with the right opportunities — and get rewarded when you do

Help companies find top talent, learning recruiting and sales from the inside out

This isn’t an HR internship — it’s a fast-paced, hands-on experience in staffing and recruiting. It’s perfect for someone who’s competitive, driven, and eager to gain real-world sales and business experience.

🧠 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities You'll Need:

Knowledge of different occupations and industries

Strong persuasive communication skills

Clear and confident oral and written communication

Ability to multi-task and pay strong attention to detail

Dependability in documenting and following through on tasks

Self-starter attitude — ability to work with minimal supervision

Comfort working with many different personalities

Strong customer service focus, problem-solving mindset, and positive attitude

🎓 Education and Requirements:

Currently attending college or recently graduated

Interested in a career in sales, recruiting, or business

Some previous experience in sales, customer service, or business-related roles is a plus
