Position Overview

We are seeking a thoughtful and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Intern to support our digital presence. This role is ideal for a student interested in psychology, mental health advocacy, and ethical marketing. You will help translate complex psychological concepts into accessible, engaging content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and our blog.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit blog posts on topics related to diagnostic clarification, psychological assessment, and mental health education
  • Create educational and engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Develop captions and messaging that align with a professional, compassionate tone
  • Assist with planning and maintaining a content calendar
  • Design simple graphics using Canva or similar tools
  • Monitor engagement metrics and summarize insights
  • Stay informed on mental health trends while maintaining ethical communication standards

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong writing skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Interest in mental health and ethical communication
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of psychological terminology
  • Experience with Canva or social media scheduling tools
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals
