Account Development Representative

Account Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented B2B Sales Clerk to join our in-office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach, including phone calls and email communication. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, building relationships, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting calls to businesses to introduce company products and services
  • Send professional outreach emails to potential clients
  • Identify and qualify new B2B leads
  • Maintain and update client information in CRM
  • Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships
  • Track outreach activity and provide regular reports on results
  • Assist with preparing sales materials and proposals as needed
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, GMAIL)
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently in an office environment
