Marketing Specialist
PR Companies in Dothan, Al is seeking to hire a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to drive growth across our staffing, insurance, and professional employer organization (PEO) divisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, strengthen our brand presence, and support consistent communication across all lines of business.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and collaboration with sales, leadership, and service teams to ensure that marketing efforts directly contribute to business goals. The ideal candidate will embrace all modern technology including the use of AI in our marketing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in staffing, insurance, HR services, or other professional services industries required.
- Proven success managing lead generation and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Experience with Hubspot or other CRM and marketing automation tools
- Comfortable managing multiple brands or business lines simultaneously.
- Must be willing to travel to conferences and/or meetings to collaborate as necessary
- Understanding of the B2B buyer journey for professional services.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, analytics, and content strategy.
- Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with compliance-sensitive communications, especially in insurance and HR-related industries.
