Marketing Intern (Bilingual Mandarin)
Bridge Tower is a vertically integrated owner-operator of Single Family and Build For Rent communities. We provide homes in urban core infill and suburban areas for families. Bridge Tower self-performs and our expertise includes acquisition, entitlement, development, construction, leasing, property management, and asset management for both SFR and Build-For-Rent. Bridge Tower constructs and delivers 400+ new homes per year. We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our Dallas team for a paid 8-week summer internship with potential for longer-term growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop graphic design artwork including, but not limited to: reports, brochures, presentations, infographics, advertisements, corporate events and translate them across multiple on-screen mediums such as print, digital, website, e-mail, and social media
- Create and post social media content (graphics, videos, etc.) across social platforms for each of Bridge Tower’s company pages, consistent with each the corporate brand
- Adhere to corporate brand standards, fonts, and color schemes throughout the design process and make creative decisions and improvements where necessary
- Assist in editing of in-house videos.
- Assist in placing orders and re-orders for community marketing materials
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop to clean up Marketing photos of homes (add grass, replace the sky, remove items, recolor).
- Improve marketing standards by delivering innovative and creative ideas to generate campaign leads for sales and revenue purposes
- Maintain organization and packaging of all Marketing files in the appropriate folders
- Other responsibilities as they are assigned
Qualifications
- Fluency in written Mandarin Chinese (reading and writing required)
- Completed degree or completing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or Communications
- Excellent organization, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively and manage multiple projects at one time
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Lightroom
- Knowledge of print design, file types, printer’s marks, and print production standards
- Social media campaign creation and implementation experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
- Must present a portfolio of completed work relevant to Graphic Design, Marketing, and Communications and explain the purpose of each item in the portfolio
- Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate proactively with others in a cross-functional team.
- Versatile thinker, able to problem solve with a can-do attitude
- Act as steward of the company's brand and visual graphic standards
- Excellent understanding of the digital, print process, and event production
- The best-suited candidates will have the ability to accept feedback positively and maintain a growth mindset
Schedule:
- 24-40 hours per week
- 8 weeks long with a chance for extension
