Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Intern to support day-to-day marketing execution, content creation, and brand initiatives. This position is on-site in Keller, TX and offers scheduling flexibility to accommodate college coursework.
This role provides hands-on exposure to real marketing projects working with our current marketing team and business operations, with the potential to transition into a full-time Marketing Coordinator or Specialist position based on performance and organizational needs. This position would report to the Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Execution
Assist with creating and scheduling social media content
Support video preparation, editing coordination, and publishing workflows
Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and visual presentation
Campaign & Project Support
Assist with marketing campaigns for listings, events, and team initiatives
Help prepare email marketing materials, flyers, and promotional assets
Support project timelines and marketing calendars
Brand & Operational Support
Organize marketing templates, files, and content libraries
Assist with maintaining campaign schedules and deadlines
Support event preparation and promotional coordination
Performance Tracking
Assist with tracking engagement metrics and campaign results
Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
Support reporting and analytics when needed
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Strong interest in marketing, branding, social media, or content creation
Comfortable with Canva, social platforms, and basic office tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Interest in real estate or business growth environments is a plus
Schedule & Work Environment
On-site role based in Keller, TX
