What You’ll Be Doing

Lead daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Guide and support team members to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.

Monitor equipment, processes, and quality standards to maintain operational excellence.

Identify and resolve production challenges to keep workflow on track.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet goals and enhance plant performance.

Work Environment

Work is performed in an operational plant setting with exposure to moving equipment, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.

Personal protective equipment is required and provided.

Role may involve standing, walking, climbing, or lifting as part of normal duties.

$90,000-$95,000/yr base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan
