What We’re Looking For:
Role Description
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Engage directly with customers to introduce products, explain value, and build relationships that lead to sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency across campaigns
- Help analyze market trends and track the performance of marketing efforts
- Participate in internal training programs designed to develop future leaders

What We’re Looking For:
- No experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Entrepreneurial Mindset

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and 18+ years of age
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Knowledge of market research, lead generation, and competitive analysis
- Strategic thinking skills coupled with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a team environment and engage effectively
