Marketing Intern

Position Summary:

The marketing internship with Realberry is a great opportunity to gain experience working in a creative marketing environment and fast-paced firm and develop strong oral and written communication skills. The Marketing Intern is responsible for helping with marketing initiatives, special projects, presentations, communications, community engagement and events, and will perform administrative duties as assigned. Our preferred candidate is a dedicated self-starter that prioritizes accuracy and excellency in their work. The marketing team is often working on multiple projects at a time, so time management and organizational skills are necessary. 


This internship will last 3 months from around June 1st – August 30th, with the start date being flexible depending on school schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Administrative Support
    • Assist with updates to presentations, flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral
    • Prepare, post, and distribute marketing materials
    • Maintain marketing assets including photo library, vendor lists, swag inventory, and supply levels
    • Support coordination of company and community marketing assets
    • Assist with reporting and compilation of marketing, sales, and traffic data
    • Collaborate with and maintain positive partner and vendor relationships
    • Support special projects and general administrative needs as assigned
  • Digital Marketing Support
    • Assist with social media, email campaigns, website updates, copy changes, and online advertising
    • Collaborate on content creation aligned with brand messaging and promotional goals
    • Monitor and track KPIs to evaluate campaign performance
  • Event Support
    • Assist with planning and execution of corporate and community events
    • Support event logistics including vendor coordination, setup, tear down, decorating, greeting, and photography
    • Attend planning meetings, coordinate bids, and manage vendor scheduling as needed
