Digital Marketing Intern
Park Place Operations, Inc. located in downtown Cincinnati has a fabulous opportunity for a Communications Intern.
We are a third-generation, family-owned business and one of the largest parking owners/operators in the United States.
The Digital Marketing Internship is an excellent opportunity for a student with a focus in social media, digital marketing and/or production to gain work experience in a professional environment. You will play a vital role in helping us bring our brand to life throughout our social media platforms with content creation and ad campaigns. This internship will run March-June 2026 with an option to extend through August 2026. Candidate must be able to consistently work 12-18 hours per week.
Responsibilities
• Produce and edit video content for social media and digital marketing aligned with brand voice
• Film guest experience and other content as needed for digital ads and campaigns
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze engagement, and report on campaign success
• Organize, upload, and properly label video files
• Manage Fast Park influencer program including finding influencers that align with brand voice, outreach, contract negotiations and content review/approval
• Assist with brainstorming, planning, and implementing social media and email marketing campaigns
• Assist with social media content calendar development and execution
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and technologies
• Monitor platforms, respond to comments/DMs, and engage with the online community professionally as needed
• Collaborate with staff and external agency for new ideas, directions, and tools for marketing and communications
• Assist the Fast Park Communications Specialist with other tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university program in digital marketing, social media or production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and After Effects
• Proficiency in Canva
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content specifications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative mentality with a passion for storytelling and design
• Previous internship or related experience in digital marketing and communications a plus
• Knowledge of HTML, website content management and graphic design a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine enthusiasm for creating compelling digital marketing campaigns and social media content
• Creative with ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Ability to work well independently, and within a team
