What You'll Do as an Account Manager • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current customers, following up as needed to provide exceptional service. • Educate customers about their insurance options through a needs-based, customer-focused approach. • Develop expertise in insurance products, services, and processes (with full support to earn your license!). • Bring enthusiasm and a growth mindset to help drive our agency’s success.
