Social Media Manager

I’m looking for a social media manager for my mobile app built for dog training business owners.

I do not want screen recordings, button walkthroughs, or “here’s a new feature” posts. I’m specifically looking for someone who can create organic, funny, engaging content that attracts trainers naturally.

The goal is to build a page trainers follow because it’s relatable — not because it feels like an ad.

What I need:
• Someone who can pitch creative ideas consistently
• Short-form video instincts (hooks in the first 3 seconds)
• Humor, skits, storytelling, meme-style posts
• Content that gets shares and saves

The app should live in the background of the content — not be the content.

If your style is corporate promos, polished product demos, or feature walkthroughs, this is not the role. I’m looking for a creator who understands how to make people follow a page first, and discover the product second.
