Account Lead - Full Time

The Account Lead is a relationship-driven problem solver who becomes an extension of each customer’s business, serving as the in-house expert for all assigned accounts. This role owns the deal board, leads project management from concept to completion, and ensures Brand Cowboy consistently delivers on its promise of being “Great at 48” while creating an exceptional customer experience from first hello through final follow-up. Working closely with designers, factory partners, and internal teams, the Account Lead prepares and presents compelling proposals for custom branded apparel, OPS, drinkware, stickers, and patches, while maintaining extreme organization, proactive communication, and a relationship-over-revenue mindset. Responsibilities also include managing timelines and expectations, anticipating and resolving issues before they arise, handling administrative tasks such as invoicing, shipping coordination, and SOP execution, and driving outbound sales through thoughtful prospecting and follow-up. Success in this role requires deep product knowledge, strong people skills, a pulse on industry trends, and a fearless yet humble approach to serving brands in the Ag, Western, and Outdoor industries. Creativity and light design experience is a must.
