Intern, Operations
The Role at a Glance:
The Operations Intern will gain a broad understanding of Hilldrup’s operations across key business lines, including Household (Domestic and International), Workplace, and Logistics. The primary project for this role is to centralize training materials from across the organization into a single, shared resource. You will review existing content, identify gaps, and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts at Hilldrup to enhance existing, or develop new training materials. You as the intern may also partner with Hilldrup’s Marketing team to ensure training materials are consistently branded. Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to creatively improve existing content are essential to producing a polished, user-friendly final product.
How You’ll Contribute:
You’ll contribute by creating a centralized training library that improves access to operational knowledge across all business lines. Through reviewing and enhancing existing materials, the intern will identify content gaps, collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners, and creatively refine training content using PowerPoint to improve clarity and usability. This work will support consistent onboarding, strengthen operational effectiveness, and result in a lasting, branded resource that benefits the organization beyond the internship.
