Business Development Intern

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH INTERN

100% Commission-Based Internship | 1099

ABOUT THE COMPANY

CPR 2 GO LLC (DBA: CPR 2 GO Diagnostics & Training Center) is a healthcare education and emergency training company entering its 4th year of business.

We provide:

CPR / First Aid / AED training

AHA & American Red Cross blended and in-person courses

CPR Instructor training for businesses and organizations

We work with individuals, companies, healthcare systems, schools, and large employers and are capable of servicing all 50 states.
Our current growth focus is Ohio and Pennsylvania, with expansion into additional states planned before year-end.

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

This is a hands-on, performance-based internship designed for students who want to gain real business development, marketing, and sales experience — not simulated projects.

Interns will be expected to:

Generate and pursue new business opportunities

Assist in closing contracts with companies and organizations

Promote training programs to employers and workforce partners

Learn how to sell the right packages to ensure profitability

Understand pricing, competition, and market positioning

Operate independently and meet deadlines without micromanagement

This internship requires strategic thinking, initiative, and the ability to work without step-by-step guidance.

COMPENSATION & EXPERIENCE

100% commission-based (1099 independent contractor)

10% commission on revenue generated, structured to support long-term profitability

Commission paid after client payment is received

Territory-based assignments available

Realistic earning potential for strong interns:

$30,000–$50,000+ annually for high performers

One strong recurring contract can significantly increase earnings
