Location: Oklahoma City (Hybrid with occasional field content days)
Duration: 3–6 months, Part-Time (15–25 hours per week), Possibility to become full time
Position Overview
Palladium Roofing is seeking a Marketing & Brand Intern to support the execution of marketing initiatives while learning our brand standards, systems, and referral marketing strategy. This internship is designed as a performance-based pathway toward a potential full-time marketing leadership role. The right candidate will demonstrate strong design ability, organization, initiative, and coachability.
Responsibilities
The Marketing & Brand Intern will assist in the creation and refinement of sales materials, product sheets, infographics, and internal presentations while ensuring brand consistency. This role will support social media execution by drafting captions, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and tracking basic performance metrics. The intern will assist with job site content capture, help organize and maintain a structured digital media library, and edit basic photo and short-form video content.
The intern will help draft and format the monthly newsletter, design supporting graphics, and track engagement results. They will assist in preparing storm-response graphics for strategic partners and support the promotion and coordination of Continuing Education events. Additionally, this role will help format Trainual modules, structure SOP templates, and assist in documenting marketing processes to improve organization and scalability.
Essential Skills
Candidates should possess foundational graphic design skills, preferably with Adobe software or similar tools. Strong written communication and attention to detail are required. The ideal candidate is organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable taking direction while also showing initiative. A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve quickly is essential.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have completed or be pursuing coursework in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field, or have equivalent hands-on experience. Basic familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required for occasional field content days.
Internship Objective
This internship serves as a structured evaluation period to determine readiness for a full-time Brand & Marketing Manager role. Success in this position will be measured by quality of design output, speed of execution, attention to brand standards, organization of marketing assets, initiative shown in assignments, and ability to improve with feedback.
