Job Title: Executive Operations Intern (Advanced Track)
Status: Part-Time Internship (20–30 hours per week)
Compensation: $20–$28 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated capability
Supervisor: CEO

The Opportunity
This is an advanced, paid internship for a high-capacity thinker who wants exposure to executive-level operations, strategic execution, and cross-functional coordination.
You will work directly with the CEO to strengthen clarity, prioritization, and follow-through across initiatives. This role is designed for someone who thrives in complexity, asks strong questions, and enjoys turning ideas into structured plans.
This internship provides exposure to integrator-level thinking and execution. High performers may take on increasing responsibility over time. The role is structured as a defined-term evaluation period, with potential extension based on performance and organizational needs.
Position Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in clarifying priorities and translating ideas into actionable plans
- Track commitments, deadlines, and deliverables across projects
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture outcomes, and strengthen accountability
- Support cross-functional coordination across Finance, Operations, and Marketing
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements
- Assist in building AI-supported systems to capture action items and prevent dropped follow-through
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Adapt quickly as priorities shift while maintaining momentum
- Represent the organization professionally in internal and external settings
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed, or equivalent demonstrated capability
- Evidence of strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex academic, professional, or organizational initiatives
- Strong judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while seeking feedback appropriately
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort using AI tools
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving environments
- Ability to give and receive direct feedback
