Health Alliance Global is a young but fast-growing, technology-driven virtual healthcare company based in Jacksonville, FL. Our first operating company, Dr Triage, is innovating health systems to expand access, improve outcomes, and reduce the cost of care by bringing immediate patient-side diagnostics and virtual provider oversight directly to the patient – wherever they are. This includes senior living facilities, urgent care centers, rural clinics, correctional systems, and public sector and specialized healthcare environments

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the execution of our marketing initiatives and help grow our brand presence across digital and in-person channels. This role
is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on – comfortable creating content, capturing photos and video, and managing social media while supporting broader marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and sales to bring our brand to life through compelling storytelling,
visuals, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Manage and post content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Capture and edit photography and video for marketing use (events, interviews, product, etc.)
  • Create short-form and long-form video content for social and promotional use
  • Support website updates, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns
  • Help design and produce marketing materials (flyers, one-pagers, presentations, brochures)
  • Attend events and assist with on-site content creation and promotion
  • Track performance metrics and assist with basic reporting
  • Maintain organized content libraries and marketing calendars
  • Support the sales team with marketing assets and visuals

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • 0-2 years of marketing experience (internships and freelance count)
  • Strong experience with social media management
  • Hands-on experience with photography and videography
  • Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premier, Final Cut, Capcut, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and creative
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup office environment
  • Collaborative team player who listens to and responds to internal customers
  • Experience in healthcare, tech, or B2B marketing
  • Experience with email platforms or CRM systems
  • Basic graphic design skills
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and trends
