Entry-Level Electrical Sales Representative

Mars Electric is growing, and so are our employee's careers! Due to internal career growth opportunities, we are looking for full-time Electrical Sales Representatives who have a mechanical aptitude, electrical interest, and a desire to do "Whatever it Takes" for customers.

We have openings at our Mayfield Village, Westlake, and Bedford locations with opportunities to float to gain experience from our industry experts who have helped build Mars Electric to what it is today.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult and work with in-person or phoned customers to determine their needs.
  • Build ongoing relationships with our customers and internal associates.
  • Sell products and services, offer add-ons and up-sell products that may benefit the customer, and suggest alternative products when a customer requested product is not available.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery for status on orders ensuring the delivery/availability commitment to customer.
  • Maintain open communication with other branch employees on matters that impact customer service, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Understand and follow company policy on pricing.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of Mars product inventory, its location in the facility, and sales techniques.
  • Participate in training sessions, skill building and professional development.
