Software Developer (Salesforce)

Salesforce Developer (Entry-Level / Early Career)

At TechTab, we don’t just implement Salesforce, we optimize it for client success. With experience spanning 60+ projects and certifications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform Development, Architecture, Marketing, and CPQ, we bring deep expertise to every engagement.

We specialize in Core CRM, from lead management to case resolution, and extend Salesforce into the center of clients’ tech stacks with scalable API-driven integrations. Our mission: deliver Salesforce solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and ROI, crafted to fit each client’s unique processes and business needs.

The Role

TechTab is seeking a motivated Salesforce Developer early in their career, ideally a current senior or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

This is a hands-on, growth-oriented role designed for someone who wants real responsibility early, meaningful exposure to client projects, and mentorship from experienced Salesforce architects and developers.

You’ll work directly with senior team members to build, customize, and integrate Salesforce solutions for high-impact clients. You won’t just be fixing bugs, you’ll be learning how enterprise systems are designed, deployed, and scaled in the real world.

What You’ll Work On

Salesforce Development

  • Build custom features using Apex, SOQL, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Configure objects, fields, validation rules, and automation
  • Assist in developing integrations using REST APIs and Salesforce-native tools
  • Help troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and refine user experiences
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for scalable design

Integrations & Automation

  • Support integration work with external systems (ERP, marketing tools, payment platforms, data systems)
  • Learn API fundamentals and data synchronization patterns
  • Assist in debugging and resolving integration errors
  • Contribute to documentation and technical design specs

Deployment & DevOps

  • Work with Salesforce CLI and deployment tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.)
  • Follow structured Git workflows and CI/CD processes
  • Support QA, UAT, and production deployments

Team & Client Collaboration

  • Collaborate with senior developers and architects
  • Join client calls and observe solution discussions
  • Translate business requirements into technical tasks
  • Contribute ideas and continuously improve delivery processes

Who This Role Is For

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is currently a senior in college or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Has strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming
  • Has experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, C++, or similar languages
  • Understands basic API concepts (REST, JSON, HTTP)
  • Is highly analytical and enjoys solving complex technical problems
  • Is detail-oriented and takes pride in clean, maintainable code
  • Is eager to learn quickly and take ownership of work
  • We value intelligence, work ethic, and technical potential over resume length.

Bonus (Nice to Have)

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I certification
  • Internship experience in software engineering or systems integration
  • Exposure to Git, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience building personal projects or contributing to open source
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or SaaS platforms

Why TechTab?

  • Direct mentorship from experienced Salesforce architects
  • Exposure to real enterprise clients and integration-heavy environments
  • Fast skill acceleration and responsibility early in your career
  • Small, high-performance team environment
  • Clear growth path into senior developer and architecture roles

At TechTab, you won’t be siloed. You’ll learn how enterprise systems actually work, how integrations are designed, and how technical decisions impact real businesses.
