Letter Media is a creative agency specializing in videography, photography, and social media content for entrepreneurs and local businesses. We help brands grow their audience and attract more clients through premium content.

The Role

We’re looking for a Client & Growth Intern to support outreach, lead generation, follow-ups, and client admin. This person will help keep our pipeline full and ensure leads don’t fall through the cracks.

This is a great role for someone interested in marketing, sales, entrepreneurship, or agency operations.

Responsibilities

Research potential clients (local businesses, wellness brands, entrepreneurs, etc.)

Build lead lists with contact info (IG, email, websites)

Assist with outreach (DMs + emails) and follow-up systems

Update a simple CRM or tracking sheet

Help schedule discovery calls and organize client communications

Assist with proposals, onboarding docs, and testimonial collection

Help organize case studies and portfolio updates

Requirements

Strong communication skills (writing + professional tone)

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable with repetition + follow-up

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Confident using Google Drive + spreadsheets

Bonus (Not Required)

Experience with sales, outreach, or customer service

Interest in creative business + entrepreneurship
