Junior Content Creator

North Texas Dental Surgery is seeking a full-time, in-house Junior Content Creator to help build and elevate our digital presence through short-form video, social media, and creative storytelling.

This is not an internship or beginner role. We are looking for a motivated, self-directed creator who already understands how to film, edit, and think creatively about social media content. You will have clear guidelines and goals — but significant creative freedom in how you execute them.

You will be embedded inside a fast-growing, high-end multi-dental specialty practice, capturing behind-the-scenes content, patient stories, and team culture while helping shape our brand’s online voice.

Responsibilities

Film in-office content (behind-the-scenes, patient moments, doctors, team, and transformations)

Edit short-form/long-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube

Brainstorm and propose fresh, trend-forward content ideas

Help organize and plan content for consistent posting

Collaborate with leadership while maintaining creative independence

Qualifications

Prior experience filming and editing video (CapCut, iMovie, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)

Strong understanding of short-form video trends and platforms

Comfortable filming in real-life, in-office settings

Ability to manage your time and projects independently

Creative, detail-oriented, and coachable mindset

Preferred (not required):

Background in Communications, Digital Media, Media Arts, Film, Marketing, or related field
