Graduate Program, On Premise Marketing

The role of On Premise Marketing is to lead the channel marketing strategy, with the aim to position Red Bull as the #1 brand and product for the consumer and trade.
As the On Premise Marketing Graduate, you will supports the Key Account Marketing team in bringing large-scale, cross-functional campaigns and customer initiatives to life, while using key learnings to help develop segment-level strategies which impact every layer of the On Premise business. This role is highly collaborative, and provides hands-on experience in project management, campaign analysis, and strategic marketing development across priority customers and segments.
KEY ACCOUNT CAMPAIGN & LAUNCH PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Learn to support the planning and execution of large-scale, cross-functional campaigns and customer launches across Key Accounts, gaining exposure to end-to-end marketing execution.
Develop hands-on project management skills by building and maintaining project plans, timelines, deliverables, and status updates in partnership with senior team members.
Contribute to the creation and documentation of campaign “blueprints” and toolkits, learning how scalable and repeatable marketing frameworks are built and applied across customers, channels, and regions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand cross-functional workflows, communication best practices, and on-time delivery standards.
POST-CAMPAIGN ANALYSIS & PERFORMANCE REPORTING
Help design and implement new processes for post-campaign analysis, including performance tracking, return on investment measurement, and insights gathering.
Compile campaign results into clear, concise recaps and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Support the development of case studies and best-practice examples that highlight key learnings, wins, and opportunities for optimization.
Partner with Insights and Sales teams to translate data into actionable takeaways that inform future strategies.
SEGMENT STRATEGY & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT
Support the Sr. Director, Segment Marketing in developing and scaling strategies across consumer- and industry-focused marketing tactics.
Assist in adapting broader brand and segment strategies to support the needs and customer priorities of the Field.
Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to help move strategy from planning into execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (completed before July 2026)
Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus
Proven excellence in academic pursuits
Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
