What You’ll Be Doing
Your work will focus on advertising project management, design, and production:
- Partner with marketing managers to gather advertising requirements, including specifications, sizing, placement details, and deadlines
- Create and manage work orders in our work management system from project initiation through completion
- Resize existing advertisements for various platforms and specifications
- Customize and localize ads for credit union branches and regional markets while maintaining brand consistency
- Track advertising projects through each stage of production to ensure timely delivery
- Deliver final advertising assets to marketing managers
- Provide additional design support to the marketing team as needed
- Ensure all advertising materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards

What We’re Looking For
We’re excited to work with someone who brings curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn:
- Currently enrolled in and actively pursuing a college or university degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay motivated, organized, and meet deadlines when working independently
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
Hours: 30–40 hours/week
