Operations Manager

Location: Orlando, Florida

Reports to: Senior Director of Integrations and Operations

 

Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for owning and optimizing day-to-day operational execution across the team. This role ensures workflows, SLAs, and resources are effectively managed while translating strategic direction into clear, actionable work for the team. The Operations Manager acts as the connective tissue between strategy and execution.

 

Job Duties

  1. Own daily operational workflows, queues, and processes across integrations, onboarding, and customer support
  2. Monitor and manage SLAs, workload distribution, and team capacity
  3. Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies and escalate or resolve as needed
  4. Partner with Strategic Operations, Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to support operational readiness for new initiatives
  5. Ensure processes are followed consistently and documentation is kept up to date
  6. Support team leads by providing operational clarity, prioritization, and execution guidance
  7. Track operational metrics and report on performance, trends, and areas for improvement


 

Behavioral/Technical Skills

  1. Strong understanding of operational workflows, SLAs, and cross-functional delivery
  2. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills
  4. Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

 

Requirements

  1. 3–5 years of experience in operations, support, integrations, or a related field
