We are seeking a hands-on General Manager with strong sales and business development skills to oversee day-to-day operations and drive local growth for a well-established fitness and wellness studio near the ASU campus.

You will have autonomy in execution, with clear expectations and regular communication.

- Oversee daily studio operations, schedules, cleanliness, and member experience
- Maintain equipment, safety standards, and operational consistency
- Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly checklists are completed

- Own lead follow-up, appointment setting, and conversion
- Actively improve close rates and follow-up discipline
- Coach staff on consultative sales conversations and guest experience
- Develop and maintain local partnerships and outreach opportunities
- Ensure consistent CRM usage and accurate reporting
Team Leadership
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage front-line staff
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to performance standards
- Lead regular training sessions and performance check-ins

- Track and report key metrics (leads, appointments, conversions, cancellations)
- Communicate consistently and clearly with ownership
- Execute established systems and processes without hand-holding
Required Qualifications
- Prior management experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or a similar service-based business
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development
- Strong closing skills and comfort being measured by performance metrics
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Confident, independent leader who can execute locally and take direction remotely
- Comfortable operating with clear expectations and accountability

- Existing relationships with ASU organizations, student groups, athletics, or local businesses
- Experience executing partnerships or campus-area outreach
- Background in boutique fitness or wellness concepts

- A passive “studio caretaker” position
- A remote role
Why This Is a Strong Opportunity
- Established studio in a prime ASU-area location
- Clear systems, training, and ownership support
- Ability to make an immediate, measurable impact
- Growth potential within a multi-location ownership group
