Job Title: Reporting & Analytics Consultant

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a driven Reporting & Analytics Consultant to join our team and contribute to our data-driven decision-making processes. In this role, you will transform complex data into clear insights that help guide key business strategies. You will collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, analyze data, and create reports that provide meaningful and actionable business intelligence. Key Responsibilities: 

Data Analysis & Reporting: 

Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights that support business decisions. 

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). 

Provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders by translating raw data into comprehensive reports. 

Business Insights & Recommendations: 

Collaborate with business units to understand their objectives and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements and strategy development. 

Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track them through customized reporting solutions. 

Assist in the development of strategies based on trends, anomalies, and insights drawn from various data sources. 

Data Management: 

Clean, prepare, and structure data from multiple sources for analysis, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. 

Develop and implement processes to ensure the quality and integrity of the data used in reports and dashboards. 

Work with data engineers and IT teams to optimize data extraction, processing, and reporting workflows. 

Collaboration & Communication: 

Work closely with business leaders to define reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of reports that meet business needs. 

Present data insights and reports to stakeholders, ensuring they are easy to understand and actionable. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ad-hoc analysis and special projects. 

Continuous Improvement: 

Stay updated on the latest BI tools, technologies, and methodologies to continually improve data analysis and reporting capabilities. 

Recommend enhancements to existing BI processes and systems to increase efficiency and scalability. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. 

Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL). 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and concise manner. 

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders. 

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new BI technologies and methodologies.
