Summer Internship
Introduction
harp-weaver LLC (www.harp-weaver.com) provides professional services to several local, independent and family foundations. We are seeking a motivated summer intern to work on several projects related to the business administration, data management, and research of the clients served.

Internship Description
Work collaboratively with the harp-weaver LLC team on the duties and responsibilities below. This will be a valuable experience for any undergraduate student pursuing a career in business, management, arts administration, and project management.
Internship Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the administration of various private foundation grantmaking processes.
- Help prepare for and attend site visits and board and committee meetings of various private foundation clients.
- General office tasks.
Requirements
- Undergraduate student with an interest in the arts, business, philanthropy, and/or research.
- Commitment of 20 hours per week (Tues. through Thurs.) for 5 weeks (June 1 – July 2) in the office
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
