Position Summary: The Family Retention & Recruitment Coordinator provides operational and logistical support for enrollment, retention, and engagement initiatives within the Family, Community & Youth Empowerment department. This position coordinates vendors, materials, schedules, tracking tools, and seasonal outreach staffing logistics to support implementation of Family Retention & Recruitment activities. The Coordinator maintains operational systems,supports school and community communications, and assists with data tracking and reporting related to outreach and enrollment efforts. Work is performed under general supervision and in accordance with established district procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, marketing, business, communications, hospitality management, or a related field required
Experience:
- Two (2) years of experience in program coordination, outreach, enrollment services, community engagement, or related work preferred
- Experience in public education or community-based programs preferred
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, and Certifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
