Pay Rate: Hourly on W2 (All-Inclusive on SGS Payroll; Does Not Include PTO/Holiday Pay)
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Work Hours: Standard business hours

Position Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst will support cost and material management activities by analyzing pricing adjustments, validating material data, forecasting raw material costs, and publishing reports. This role requires strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and support the price and material adjustment process
• Validate part lists for completeness and accuracy
• Ensure current pricing matches documentation and supports requested changes
• Identify outliers, investigate root causes, and escalate issues to resolution
• Manage forecasting activities using Material Place Holder tools
• Conduct monthly one-on-one reviews with Supply Base Managers
• Support month-end activities related to forecast updates in the Cost Management System (CMS)
• Publish reports, understand report data, and respond to stakeholder questions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with negotiation and conflict resolution
• Good organizational and time-management skills

A degree is required
