The Sisseton Public School District in Sisseton, SD is accepting applications for a 1.0 FTE Middle School Math Teacher (w-w/o coaching). 

Starting date: August 2026

Salary: $49,000+, DOE + $3000 signing bonus (based on 180 day contract)

Sisseton Middle School serves approximately 300 students in grades 5-8.  

Applicants should possess or be eligible for South Dakota certification in elementary education, middle school education, secondary education, or another comparable license. Certification process website: https://doe.sd.gov/certification/. Candidates applying with alternative certification must have South Dakota Preliminary Alternative Certification. Candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher in a non-education field are encouraged to apply.  

Bachelor's degree or higher required.
