Your Role at Delta Faucet

The Talent Development Intern will support our Talent team as we implement and launch a new Learning Management System (LMS). This role offers hands-on experience in learning operations, digital learning tools, and content development. Throughout the internship, you’ll collaborate with Talent Development, HR Business Partners, IT, and cross-functional business teams to ensure a smooth rollout and adoption of the LMS across the organization. You’ll assist with organizing, uploading, and maintaining learning content; support the creation of new training materials; and help test and validate LMS functionality. Working closely with our Talent Development Manager and LMS project team, you’ll gain exposure to learning design principles, HR technology, and enterprise-wide change initiatives. Assignments are project-based, giving you ownership of key tasks while offering broad visibility into how learning and development supports business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the configuration, testing, and rollout of the new Learning Management System.

Upload, organize, and maintain learning content, curricula, and user assignments within the LMS.

Support the creation and editing of learning materials, including eLearning modules, job aids, videos, and other training assets.

Partner with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and clarity of learning materials.

Help troubleshoot LMS issues, document processes, and support end-user questions during rollout.

Participate in project meetings, track progress, and contribute to project documentation.

Assist with reporting and analytics to help measure training engagement and effectiveness.

Collaborate with HR and Talent team members to support broader learning and development initiatives.

This position will be located in our headquarters in Carmel, Indiana.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Learning Design, Learning Sciences, Human Resources, Human Capital Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will be entering their junior or senior year with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Strong written communication and organizational skills.

Interest in learning technologies, digital content creation, and employee development.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A detail-oriented, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and processes.

This position will pay $19 - $21/hour, based on the candidate's skills, experience and education level.
