Training Coordinator (Part-time/Intern)
Summary: Responsible for driving Tulco’s internal training program to ensure employee professional development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Coordinate all aspects of training program including : scheduling, communication with participants, and reserving training spaces/technology.
Assist with development of curriculum schedule by partnering with department leaders and ensuring training aligns with business objectives.
Track, monitor, and document employee training progress and completion in the Learning Management System (LMS) to measure program effectiveness and provide reporting as necessary.
Source training instruction via local resources/instructors, internal experts, online courses or develop internal training.
Facilitate training delivery to ensure positive experience including: appropriate materials/presentation, technology, room set-up, refreshments, etiquette and employee engagement.
Survey employees to determine effectiveness of training and report.
Create training dashboard.
