Required Skills and Experience 

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple situations effectively
• Ability to meet state-specific qualifications for the role (or willingness to obtain)
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Ability to assume low-level postures to maintain physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and actively engage in physical activities
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate effectively with children and families
