Laboratory Technician - $20.00/hr

 

Express Employment is searching for a Laboratory Technician to assist with a seasonal project at the State of Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality.

 

Job Duties:

  • Sample Management: Assist Water Quality Laboratory personnel with logging-in, storage, and arranging for the return of shipping containers to field offices.
  • Chemical Analysis: Analyze and report chemical results, including quality control samples, into the LIMS database.
  • Preparation: Prepare samples, chemical reagents, standards, and laboratory reports.

What we look for:

  • Possess or be working towards a bachelor’s degree in the sciences
  • Basic laboratory skills in chemistry or science.
  • Must be a team player and able to function with limited oversight.
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail
