Paralegal Internship
We are a boutique commercial litigation firm seeking a part-time Paralegal Intern who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in a commercial litigation setting.
Our practice handles a wide range of matters, from smaller-value disputes to large, complex commercial cases. The intern will have meaningful exposure to real litigation work and the opportunity to develop practical skills in a professional environment.

Desired Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Responsibilities:

- Communicating with clients regarding discovery-related matters
- Organizing and reviewing documents
- Assisting with state and federal court filings
- Supporting attorneys in preparing for depositions and trials
- General litigation support as needed
