About the Opportunity

Arash Rahbar is a former Olympian bodybuilder and current Chief Operating Officer of a major company. He is expanding his digital presence through podcasting and filmed content focused on leadership, discipline, performance mindset, and personal growth. This internship offers hands-on experience working directly with an executive-level brand and participating in the production of high-quality podcast and video content.

Responsibilities

• Assist with podcast and video production (setup, filming, lighting, audio)

• Support recording sessions and live production workflows

• Organize media files and assist with basic production logistics

• Collaborate on creative ideas for podcast clips and visual storytelling

Ideal Candidate

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Communications, Media, Marketing, Art & Design, or a related field

• Strong interest in podcasting, digital media, and content creation

• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment

• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn

• Interest in leadership, performance psychology, fitness, or business is a plus
