What Grove Does

Creators add a crypto wallet to their social bio and start earning tips from fans — no signup required. We've already processed 1,300+ tips to 100+ creators and are scaling fast.

The Role

We're hiring Creator Scouts; college students who get paid to onboard their favorite content creators onto Grove. This is not cold outreach. You reach out to creators you already follow and support. When they join and earn tips, you earn a perpetual commission on every tip they receive after you've onboarded them.

What You'll Do

- Reach out to creators you follow on YouTube, Reddit, X, Twitch, or Substack.
- Help creators set up their Earning Wallet (takes under 2 minutes)
- Share Grove in creator communities you're already part of
- Dogfood the product and provide feedback
- Share feedback on what creators are saying and what's working (and what's not)
- One check-in with the team per week, but expectation is to be able to communicate asynchronously by reaching out to us with questions and or status updates proactively as things get going
 

What You Won't Do

- No cold calling
- No scripts
- No set hours - you work on your own schedule
 

Compensation

5% commission on every tip earned by creators you onboard. This is recurring for an extended period of time (and negotiable).
 

Skills We're Looking For

- Strong written communication
- Active on at least one social platform
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
- Comfortable explaining a product in your own words
- Genuine interest in how creators make money
- Ability to thinking quickly on your feet so you can sell/influence/persuade
 

 Nice to Have
- Experience using browser based wallets (Phantom, Base, Metamask, etc.)
- Experience with transacting crypto, especially stablecoins
- Content creation or social media marketing experience or inclination
- Coursework in marketing, communications, or business-
- No prior sales experience required, but it's always a pus, especially fi you're passionate.
