As we expand our creator ecosystem, we’re looking for a motivated and fashion‑savvy Influencer Manager Intern to support our partnerships team and help grow our network of creators.

 

About the Role

The Influencer Manager Intern will assist in identifying, recruiting, and supporting fashion creators on the Head2Toe platform. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, understands creator culture, and wants hands‑on experience in influencer marketing, talent management, and social media strategy.

You’ll gain real‑world experience working directly with creators, supporting campaigns, and helping shape the future of our creator community.

 

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Support

  • Help guide creators through onboarding and platform setup
  • Provide support by answering questions and sharing best practices
  • Maintain positive, professional communication with creators
  •  

Campaign Coordination

  • Assist with creator participation in campaigns and collaborations
  • Help track deliverables, deadlines, and performance metrics
  • Support internal teams with campaign organization and reporting

 

Community & Relationship Building

  • Engage with creators to build trust and long‑term relationships
  • Share insights and feedback from creators with the internal team

 

Administrative & Strategic Support

  • Maintain creator databases and outreach trackers
  • Assist with research, trend reports, and competitive analysis
  • Support the partnerships team with day‑to‑day tasks and planning

 

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in fashion, social media, and the creator economy
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable reaching out to creators and managing conversations
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and influencer culture
  • Bonus: Experience in marketing, PR, fashion, or creator management

This is a paid internship.
