The ideal candidate is willing, or has, door to door/direct marketing experience, high energy, self motivation, and want to make MONEY. First Point Construction and Restoration is seeking a high energy, enthusiastic, highly motivated, charismatic candidate with excellent communication and people skills. Our representatives work a flexible schedule, reach life-changing financial goals, and enjoy their careers, all while serving, educating, and guiding customers through the restoration process.
First Point Construction and Restoration is a locally owned and operated interior and exterior restoration company that specializes in insurance claim consulting. Our sales reps speak with customers about damages to their home or business. You will offer FREE Inspections on their roof, siding or gutters. Compensation is based on initial appointment, as well as the cost of the repairs. First Point Construction and Restoration is their point of contact in getting their repaired and restored. The company strives to provide world class guidance and superb customer service to homeowners during an insurance claim by making it completely hassle free.
Qualifications:
· Enthusiasm for outside sales/direct marketing/D2D Sales (D2D is REQUIRED)
· Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
· Strong sense of integrity and self-motivation
· Ability to work both independently and with a team
· Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
· Valid Drivers License (Required)
