Aurora Wellness is a modern mental health clinic providing personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care with a focus on innovative treatments for mood disorders like Depression. As we expand our presence in Brooklyn, we are building a patient-centered, high-quality clinical environment that prioritizes both excellent care and an exceptional patient experience.

We are seeking an empathetic, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to support our Brooklyn office and play a key role in the delivery of our Spravato® program, with the opportunity to support future TMS services. This role serves as a vital link between patients and clinicians, ensuring care is delivered smoothly, professionally, and with compassion.

Key Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, calm, and supportive environment for all patients and visitors

Serve as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey

Provide attentive, in-office support during Spravato monitoring sessions in coordination with clinical staff

Coordinate scheduling, patient flow, and day-to-day clinic operations

Assist with outreach and administrative efforts supporting program growth

Administer treatments, including new treaments as services expand, following established clinical protocols

Communicate with insurance providers and support authorization and verification workflows

Maintain accurate records while ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality standards

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, healthcare, business, or a related field

Prior experience in a healthcare, clinical, or patient-facing role preferred

Familiarity with Spravato and/or TMS programs a plus (training provided)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using clinical or scheduling systems

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Calm, professional, and empathetic demeanor in patient-facing settings

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving clinical environment

Genuine interest in mental health care and patient advocacy
