Logistics Analyst
The Role: Master of the Daily Puzzle
If you thrive on the adrenaline of a fast-moving calendar and love the challenge of shifting pieces when plans change on a dime, this is your role. We aren't looking for a dispatcher to post a static daily schedule or an IT specialist to sit behind a screen running scripts. We need a Logistics Analyst who can own the "Live Schedule." At Classic Tents & Events, our work is as dynamic as the events we service—from movie sets to major festivals—meaning the schedule is never "done," it’s just "in progress."

- Excel as a Tool, Not a Career: You are highly proficient in Excel and comfortable with software, but you use those skills to solve scheduling puzzles, not to do "IT work."
- A Natural Communicator: You enjoy the "people" side of logistics—talking to sales reps, warehouse managers, and clients to keep information flowing.
