Field Sales Service Representative

ENTRY LEVEL POSITION, PRIME OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN AND GROW WITH US!

First Point Construction is looking for a Field Service Representative who wants to grow with us as we expand and improve our business. We need a self motivated individual, who can work independently, without being confined to a traditional office space. The ideal candidate will need to be responsible, reliable, as well as have excellent communication, customer service, organizational and people skills. Our service reps are the point of contact for our construction jobs. You will be introducing yourself to the homeowner and taking photos. From there, you will assist with scheduling contractors and maintaining the communication with the homeowner throughout the entire process.

First Point Construction and Restoration service representatives have the opportunity to learn the construction business at the entry level, while increasing their knowledge and skills. Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct site visits and engage with contractors and homeowners to monitor job progress
  • Maintain accurate records of job activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and enhance overall job performance.

Qualifications:

· Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

· Strong sense of integrity and self-motivation

· Ability to work both independently and with a team

· High School or Equivalent (Required)

· Valid Drivers License (Required)

Experience:

 

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
